Terms and Conditions of Sale

Ownership of the goods shall pass to the buyer on payment thereof. Payment by cheque shall constitute payment hereunder only on clearance of the cheque.
Receipts are not issued unless specifically requested at time of payment.
The company reserves the right to charge the buyer any charges made by a third party in collecting an overdue account.
All cotton leakproof shrouds are guaranteed leakproof against bodily fluids, but the company cannot guarantee any of its liners when the deceased has been embalmed or refrigerated.
Engravings exceeding 75 characters will be charged at the normal rate for every character over that amount.
